The N-TUTORR Curriculum Framework is a practical framework and suite of supports, designed to curate and situate the resources available in the context of module/ programme development and review. It is intended to create a legible and practical process for all staff to engage with the themes of EDI, UDL, Sustainability, Employability, Digital Transformation and Academic Integrity.

Noreen Henry
Presenting: The Sustainable Higher Education Futures Curriculum Framework
With a professional background in software development, she has served as a Lecturer in Computing since 2000 and as an Academic Developer for the N-TUTORR program since February 2023. Noreen is deeply engaged in programme development, the integration of technology in teaching and learning, and is committed to lifelong learning.
Ellen McCabe
Presenting: The Curriculum Framework Toolkit
Ellen has a background in instructional design and educational research, with a specific interest in UDL and inclusive pedagogies.
In her role as instructional designer, she has supported staff across the ATU to utilise digital tools and resources in the creation of inclusive learning environments.
In her current role as teaching and learning coordinator with the N-TUTORR project Ellen supports a holistic approach to student development and the integration of transformative practice into the fabric of the university experience.
Sean Daffy
Presenting: Programme Design and The Curriculum Framework
Seán is a Learning Technologist in the Teaching and Learning Centre at Atlantic Technological University. With a background in Archaeology (PhD 2013), Seán taught undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Landscape Archaeology and became interested in the use of digital technology for teaching field-based sciences. Pursuing this interest, Seán specialized in Technical Communication and E-Learning (MA 2017) and works on multidisciplinary projects with a focus on technology and innovation in education.
Dr. Denise Martin
Presenting: Building Programmes with Lego: Reflections on a Co-Design Process
Dr Denise Martin managed the co-design and validation of the new Masters in Digital Innovation for Sport in June 2024 which involved a multi-disciplinary design team from four ATU campuses and five departments. Denise joined ATU in September 2023 as a lecturer and researcher in sports performance analysis (PA). She initially qualified as a science teacher before moving to a career as a sports analyst working in elite rugby, athletics and Gaelic Games. Denise has been lecturing since 2010 with experience in SETU, UCD and twelve years in TU Dublin.
